RETURNS & REFUNDS

 As we are a small company we cannot offer free returns for now. 

However if there is something wrong with your order from our part, 

we will absolutely cover the shipping expenses.


In case you want to make a return, you can do so within 7 days after the delivery date.  Please first send us an email at support@theoldmanoftheseas.com to notify us and specify:

1) The reason you want to make the return

2) If you want to be refunded or to replace the item with another item of the same price

and please pay attention to the followings:

    • The products should be in excellent condition with all its labels still on and still new. In any other case we do NOT accept returns.
    • The receipt should be returned as well.
    • If the product has arrived with you with a gift, the gift should be returned as well.
  • You will only be refunded for the purchased product, any costs incurred for shipment or other additional services will not be refunded.
    If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you without receiving the refund.
  • Please make sure that the parcels are placed in a good package so it can arrive to us safely without damages. Our company will not be responsible for any damages or loses that might be caused because of your packaging during the return.

Refunds

( Our e-shop does not share or reveal your personal information in any way. All the information that you trust us with is confidential)

The refund usually takes around 10 to 20 days to be shown in your bank account from the day that we have received your parcel.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to track their parcel and locate it. If in any case the courier can’t track you down after 5 days there will be no refund for the shipping cost.

´Return Charges

The cost of the return is on the client, BUT in the case the fault is ours, the return is FREE.

If the payment has been made with PAYPAL, then PAYPAL's fee will not be returned to the customer.

If the parcel cannot be delivered for any reason by the courier, the parcel is returned to us and the company refunds the full price of the products only.

REPLACEMENT 

In case you want to replace one design with another you will have to cover the shipping costs.
